Cheshire Rural Trust is an independent charitable
trust formed in 2002 to support farmers, communities,
businesses and individuals following the outbreak
of foot and mouth disease.
With
the Trust’s help, the rural communities
of Cheshire are once again beginning to thrive,
but the Trust’s work continues so that it
can carry on supporting people and organisations
suffering from the effects of rural isolation
and deprivation.
Cheshire Rural Trust is supported through a Big
Lottery fund grant and donations from Cheshire
businesses and individuals. So far we have given
more than £90,000 in grants.
